Change of premium

<p>I joined Telkom at the start of the year by taking out a wireless LTE router for R399 pm for 20 gigs daytime and night time data. For financial reasons,I would like to lower the package to 10 gigs, instead of cancelling. i was told i will pay a penalty fee of +- R400 of which i dont have a problem with. Telkom recently pushed up their prices for these deals and if i migrate to 10 gigs daytime and night time data i will be paying R350. Thats obviously not worth it for me because its a R50 difference for half the data. i assumed i would pay R199 because that is what 10 gigs costed at the time i had joined. The increase in your deals never affected my current contract so why should it affect me now when i would like to lower the monthly installment. I think its really unfair that telkom wont allow me to pay R199 for 10 gigs</p>
