Change of ownership without authorisation

On 1 March 2015, I reported a fault with my line and internet and was told that these were no longer registered in my name and I must go to a Telkom store to resolve the matter. I went to the Eastgate Store and was assisted by S Ntsendwane - she printed out a Telkom report which indicated that my ADSL line had been given to another customer - the Telkom employee responsible for doing this was M Davhana. She sent an email to him informing him of the error, and cc'd H Joythe and L Enele. I heard nothing and sent a follow up email - again no response. In the interim my Telkom account has been reduced - where I am being charged a fraction of what I should be charged. My internet has in the interim been erratic and my phone line full of noise. Today my internet is not working at all - I tried to log a call on line - as telephonically involves holding for at least an hour - only to receive a message that my account has been suspended - even though my account is fully paid up - and I must go to a Telkom store to resolve the issue. Been there - done that - and look where it has got me. How can you take something and give it to someone else without authorisation?????
