Change of Ownership. - Telkom

I hav been trying to send change of ownership form to Telkom for the past 10days.<br> <br> I have been told by several forms can be emailed, but no response and deliverable <br> I have been told by several i have to take the forms physically to a Telkom Store.<br> <br> I then get told by the most useless customer service consultant that the email address is [URL Removed]<br> <br> Can someone tell me what is the correct email address to the send the Forms.<br> <br> Its really not rocket science.
