Change of ownership is like walking on broken glass

<p>I have been batteling with telkom for over 8 years to change the ownership from one company to another</p> <p>But I have to jump through hoops to get it done every time I apply and still nothing has been done about it.</p> <p>Every time I speak to some one on the phone the answer keeps changing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its either no do this or phone this one or do that. THen you sit on the phone for 30 minutes and the phone hasnt even been answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are all businesses but if this is a problem that seems to be coming up a lot then clearly something has to be done about it. Just because you are a big company doesnt mean you can treat people the way you guys do.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just wish there where people out there willing to help the other person and not just pass the buck onto the next idiot.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think sometimes I would get better results talking to the wall than some of the tele sales people.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is someone who can finally help me with this matter and have it settled in one day</p> <p> </p> <p>I always say do a job right the first time and then you dont have to do it twice.</p> <p> </p> <p>So for the love of all things sane please help me</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
