Change of Ownership - Impossible

I spent 50 minutes on a Telkom line being passed to 8 different people with the inevitable result of just being cut off. All I want is to transfer ownership of a Telkom line. I made my application 2 months ago and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED and I HAVE HAD NO FEEDBACK. The retention office no longer exists and trying to complete a change of ownership is harder than landing a man on the moon. I am sure I am not the only person in the country who needs help with such a thing?<br> <br> Then I tried phoning Telkom Direct stores in the area. The Telkom website doesn't list locations even when you click on the link and if you do manage to google a phone number it is either out of order or goes to voice mail...so good luck with that!
