Change of ownership and moving of line to main house on same property

I am moving to Cape Town. Currently I live in my garden flat on the same property as the main house. I have been trying to apply to Telkom to transfer my line to the main house and also to transfer ownership. I have been to Telkom Matlosana Mall and they were so rude. They guy was shouting at me. I have been phoning all the numbers that are given to me but the machine does not give me the option of what I need to be done. They also do not give an option to wait for an operator. How difficult can it be? Transfer of owner and transfer to the main house on the same property? This is really frustrating
