Change of ownership

<p>I've been trying for a year now to do change of ownership on my business that I bought a year a go.</p> <p>I follow up, every week for a year, now I'm moving the business and can't do it, because Telkom business has not put the line on to my name.</p> <p>I've never receive this BAD Service from any company !!!!</p>
