Change of number

So after being warned against going with a telkom contract, i still went ahead with it because i mean i have had a telkom prepaid number so it shouldnt be bad. So after requesting numerous times that my prepaid number be changed to my contract number, over a month later i am still sitting with my number not changed. Someone from the \back office"was assigned the case on the 15th of October"
