Change of installation date, on the installation

Telkom was supposed to send a technician to transfer my line today (2-7-2015). At 8:52 this morning I received a call saying that my line can't be transferred today due to a lack of vehicles.<br> This is so inconvenient as I work online and have arranged my schedule around the pretense that as of today I will have a working Telkom line.<br> How did it only occur to Telkom today after sending me tons of SMSes over the last few weeks to release that there would be problem?<br> So now until the 8th (which is apparently the new installation date) I will be losing out on hundreds of rands a day!!! <br> Surely Telkom could hire vehicles to use in the meantime? Or pay their staff overtime to work after-time?
