Change of details

<p>Need to change the details of our account from personal to business - went to the Tygervalley Telkom store with ALL the relevant paperwork where I was told that all is in order, they will contact me the same day to confirm that the changes have been made. Needless to say, I was very much "over" optemisitc! After trying to figure out what the hell the consultant at the store was talking about, I eventually figured out that our line has to be released from the holding pool and this can take up 30 days. I then waited for 30 days for this holding-pool-release-story to take place. I phoned Telkom and was first helped by somebody that had no idea what a holding-pool-release-story is and then eventually somebody's supervisor said that oh, yes, it's been released from the pool. Yah! So I phoned Tygervalley Telkom store, told them that's it been released, can we now proceed with the change of details.</p> <p>Oh, low an behold, now nobody is responding to any of my communications and my director is having my head because the details have not been changed. So please do tell me, is there anybody at Telkom that actually do work and can help a person? Or should I just resign and use Telkom as the reason why I left my current job?</p>
