Change in Terms of Usage - Breach of Contract
<p> </p> <p>How do I go about getting my Telkom LTE contract cancelled.</p> <p>I have tried to contact Telkom directly but no reply.</p> <p>They have changed the Terms of Usage halfway through my contract. The service that I am now getting is not what I signed up for, and not what they advertised when I took out the contract, so I assume Telkom is in breach of contract and I would like to terminate the contact.</p> <p>I now am going to need to go to another provider to get the service that Telkom promised and are now revoking.</p>
The response I was sent today shows that you represnetitive hasnt even read my post... All I got was a link to your new data polices...I KNOW WHAT THEY ARE, they have changed reciently and you are no longer providing me with the 'uncapped, unlimited' ****erally your words!) service that I signed up for, therefore you are in breach of contact, I WANT THE CONTRACT CANCELLED. You guarenteed a max 150 users per tower, this is no longer the case... speeds have dwindled to the point that I cant even stay on a Skype call, and I am being throtteld...this is not the service I signed up for ... HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING THE CONTRACT CANCELLED???
