Change address details: NO RESPONSE FROM TELKOM

<p>I've contacted Telkom at least 5 times trying to change my physical address. The only response I get is the generic automated email which reads:</p> <p>"Good day,<br />The following question was asked....(My question)".</p> <p>How does one go about changing one's address with Telkom since they simply don not reply? I need to interact with an actual human being, PLEASE!</p> <p> </p>
