Certain call centre agents are lazy.

I have been trying for the last Month to cancel my termination request of my ADSL and Telkom is yet to assist me. They keep sending warning sms that my line will be terminated however, when I contact Telkom their agents always have problems and cant assist at that time.

As soon as the agent listens to the issue then they say their system is down (whispering) I asked to be transferred to someone else and they cant help. They cant even send you to the supervisor.

Telkom will remain useless
