Centurion Mall (No LiT- Android TV box)

I have upgrade my ADSL a month ago in the Centurion Mall store. They said that they will have stock of the LiT TV box in two days. It has been a month now and still not stock. The frustrating thing is that I need to go to the store to check if they have stock, I have been there about eight time now, and nothing. There is no way of calling them or emailing them to check availability of stock. If I call the store number it goes to an IVR that says the store is open and hangs up. If I call after hours, it says that the store is closed and the phones are only maned during office hours and then it hangs up. Emails goes into a black hole never to be seen or heard of again, this is the same for the sales person that assisted me and the store manager. I don't know what else to do?
