Cencellation request ignored

On the 3rd of December i logged an cancellation request with Telkom. It has now been almost 60 days without any cancellation feedback from Telkom. My 24 month contract has expired almost a year ago. Please cancel my home dsl line rental and internet with immediate effect!!!!
