cellular upgrade

I have experienced the worst ever service fro Telkom Mobile Westwood Mall. I got a upgrade and the camera was faulty so I took phone back within the 6 day OBF period. They then sent phone away to telkom techs not huawei techs. Phone comes back still horrible pixelation on camera staff refuse to send to huawei and say I must take it their myself had the freaking phone for 3 weeks still can use it. Huawei say it should never pixelate. On top of that I get told that if I wanted a camera phone I should have bought a Samsung or a lg. Shoulders get shrugged and no help. I need this phone sorted out asap as I am currently paying for something I can't use. U can't even get through to anyone over the phones.. Ridiculous oh and let's not forget that there is no manager available on a Sunday and they refuse to call anyone to assist
