Cellular phone lost during repair at Telkom

I booked my phone in for repairs on the 26th of May 2015 at Westgate Mall Telkom Store of which I was told i will receive it in 4-6 weeks. I received an sms on the 8th June 2015 that my phone has been repaired will be delivered in 4 days. I called the call centre was advised my phone has been delivered on the 12th my husband went to the store in westage was informed the phone is not back lady told me she will let me know telephonically when the phone arrives. I waited weeks still no sign of my phone then i decided to call again on saturday 10/07/2015 spoke to Lungile at the call centre she told me the phone was delivered on the 12th June of which I called Telkom Westgate on saturday Lady told me the phone was delivered in Kempton Park. I was told they will deliver it my Monday 13/07/2015 When I get there i was told they could not find the phone where it was delivered to. I am currently awaiting for them to find my phone wherever they decided to send it to, i am not happy about this service as i am always up to date with my payments yet i get this kind of service and for them to tell me they dont know what happened with the phone that is really unprofessional.
