CELLPHONE UPGRADE

I did a upgrade on the 12th of April for Samsung a54+Samsung watch and still waiting every time i call i get told that they waiting for stock on the 9th of may i called and they told me the stock just came in now on the 11MAY i get told again they waiting for stock its almost a month im waiting for my upgrade
