Cellphone repair

I bought a ZTE phone at Jet Pavillion Mall in Durban, i paid cash for the phone. A few weeks later the phone was just switching off on its own. I then took it back to Jet Pavillion Mall where i had bought it. Filled in some forms to book it in and was told Telkom mobile will come and collect for repairs. I ha e been waiting for almost 3 months now for my phone to come back or at least get a new phone. Telkom mobile service is utterly disgusting as far as i am concerned and will never recommend them to anyone. I paid for a phone in full and now i am sitting without it for almost 3 months just how long does it take to repair a phone and worse no feedback whatsoever on the progress. Extremely unhappy
