Cellphone order never received

I ordered a cellphone two weeks at Mondo online. The lady was assisting me said I'm approved I will received my cellphone in three to five days. Until now I never received the cellphone. I only received this sms belowe, after I never get any call from Mondo

"Vodacom,Dear customer,please have your barcoded ID and recent proof of address not older than 3 months,(utility bill, account or bank statement) is required upon delivery."
