Cellphone Order - February 2019

I ordered an Huawei P20 Lite towards the end of February 2019 and there was a free gift with it. I reecived the cellphone on the 7th March, but no free gift was included. I phoned in on the 8th March and was told that the Head phoned will be couriered to me. Still no gift. Phoned in again and the Call centre person told me that he can not remember the special, but would refer the message and I should get an response within 48 hours. Sill no feedback, phoned in again to 10213 and the Call centre person who sounded like she had just woken up that she cannot see anything on the system and I must phone 081180. I see to have no luck in resolving this matter.
