Cellphone number suspended!! Due to incompetency

I took out a contract phone and a laptop July 2022 on the same day. My instructions to Telkom was debit order payment on the same day which I gave to them. Since then, 202w, only the cellphone goes off the debit order. They do not deduct the laptop. I have been to their branches, which always put you on the line. The consultants I spoke to. Always promise the matter will be rectified and the debit order will go off the following month. To date since 2022 I have no joy with Telokm. I phoned in to the call center as well several times. They can't put bothaccounts on debit order. But my cell phone gets suspended when they discover there is outstanding money on the laptop. Why block my cell phone while the debit order goes off every month for my cell phone account,? Pathetic. I have to suffer due to their employees being ***********. My phone is blocked as we speak. I could be in danger while perhaps driving for example. I won't be able to phone anyone because my phone is blocked. Please stay away from this company. You will be frustrated due to *********** staff.
