Cellphone not delivered after a month of ordering

I ordered a cellphone online September 29th 2017 a sales agent called me an went through all the necessary procedures money was debited from my account but i still have not received my phone a month later. when i call telkom they tell me to call the delivering company which is courier it and when i call the delivering company they tell me to call telkom i have been given run arounds for the past two weeks with no assistance, no one from telkom has contacted me to ask me whether i've received my phone or not, really a useless company with *********** staff who would never go the extra mile to help you.
