Cellphone ****** Telkom service delivery very,very poor

My daughter got ****** today not having a phone on her to contact the service provider as her parents since she's not living with us we tried to call the service but could not get help. we could not get help just to block her phone ****s can phone and de***** you but honest citizens can't get help when needed.

My husband spoke to Akhona the guy couldn't assist us with anything it is high time that service providers review their policies we as the customers really loose out when it comes to stuff like this but you call yourselves the best service provider.

How come that there is never a manager available when we need to speak to one as customers? I am really disgusted by the service and I feel it because the same thing happened to me while we were on holiday a few years back these fools cleaned up my whole accounts plus clothing accounts and I never recovered from that Cellphone service providers need to do something about this it is really not on.
