CELLPHONE LINE CANCELLED CASE# ***2

<p>I sent Telkom an email on the 17/07/2017 to inform them to convert my number to a prepaid line once my contract comes to an end. On the 03/08/2017 i recieved a call from Neo Letsipi from Telkom confirming my request and told me my line would be converted after the call and i will be able to use it in the next 5 minutes. My phone has been off since then, so on the 4/07/2017 i decided to go to the Telkom shop and was told my line has been cancelled. I have been on the phone with a lot of people who cannot help me one of them being Percy Mxolisi who is a Team Leader but does not seem to know what he is doing.</p> <p>Can my line please be reopened as i have to do banking on my cellphone.</p>
