Cellphone is lost by Telkom and no response
Telkom in Fourways took my new Cell phone in for repairs 9 months ago and have lost the phone. They do not respond even after numerous attempts to get the matter resolved. The automated response you get after posting on Hello peter is completely useless. I am not surprised that people resort to violent protest when service is so poor.
