Cellphone insurance with Telkom

My partner has insurance with Telkom .... so He lost his phone on the 22 Oct , been trying to claim from the company. They are not helpful at all, even the 1 in Somerset they said they do not deal with claims... I am so ****ed because every month they deducting money for the insurance of this phone even this month they did but can not help... !!!!
