Cellphone in repairs for 3 months and still waiting

<p>Job no TRJ035972</p> <p> </p> <p>My Mom's cellphone was taken in for repairs on 15th March 2017 to the Telkom direct store Vincent Park East London. She had to pay in R7188 for repairs and yet we still don't have the phone. I have been dealing on her behalf via facebook messenger with Telkom for over a week now but the issue is still not yet resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help! We are desperate. </p>
