Cellphone & data contract

This is the worst network ever am experiencing bad bad service,1stly its difficult to get hold of them I contacted telkom to cancel my cellphone & data contracts I was told that it doesn't appear on the system,I also can't get them on their app funny they keep deducting money from my account sending me smses that my account is suspended. I reported that I don't even use those Sim cards anymore because I couldn't do Sim swap I ended up changing my number as I couldn't get assistance. Please cancel my account with you. I have made peace
