Cellphone contract upgraded with no consent!!! .

My 2nd contract with Telkom I had requested about 2 months ago to be canceled when due for upgrade. Now I get a billing account for this month that now states I'm charged a subscription of R100 and Event Billing usage of R125.97 for that cell no ***. Please help to get that reversed before the payment goes through at the end of the month. I did not consent it! Telkom is the worse. 2nd time I am having issues with regards to this cellphone no and that's why I was not upgrading 😠I should not have even upgraded my main no either!!! They are a *******!!???
