Cellphone contract repairs

My wife took a contract with Telkom in April 2021 for 2 cellphone the Sumsung S21 and Sumsung A32 I'm using Sumsung A32 I don't even have 2 months using it and now the camera is nolonger working it say camera failed when I open the cam app, I went to Telkom to ask about the issue they said they don't see any problem and I must go to any IT to check the phone, but at all the phone will cost me to fix it please assist on the matter
