Cellphone Contract

I have a contract with telkom and I went I store to negotiate once off payment and the agreement was to pay 3800. I also took another contract which was affordable and i could afford where i was going to pay +_ 144 per month. The next thing they attempted to take +4000. After the attempt I called telkom national and I explained and the lady told thatvis the money I needed to pay if I had a problem I was to go to the shop and sort it out with the person that assisted me. I have been up and down trying to find the guy that assisted me in Pietermaritzburg and in the mean time telokom has been trying to deduct different amounts on my accounts from +- 3800 +- 4600 to 6013.75. This bishop affecting my credit. I just want the money that I owe and the explanation on why different amounts are being effected on my account without permission. This is affecting my account credit. Regards.
