CELLPHONE CONTRACT

Hi I just need to understand if TELKOM is aware that people are working using their name. I'm currently facing a situation where all my contracts with Telkom have been suspended due to a phone that was meant to be an upgrade. I was called by an agent around March of 2021, saying that I'm up for an upgrade. He claimed to be calling from Telkom Mobile. I even had to ask him twice before going on with the call if it's really an upgrade or just another, because I already had a contract with Telkom. He gave me his word saying that is is infact an upgrade and NOT a new phone. So the phone was delivered tome. But now I have a huge debt to pay, because my invoice came back saying that I'm paying for 2 phones. So I had requested to have it cancelled. Now I'm paying a cancellation fee and basically buying the phone, because they cannot take it back.

It's VERY frustrating and causes so much inconvenience. Can I please be notified on what to do, as I basically do not have a phone that function right now. It is really unacceptable.
