Cellphone contract cancellation

<p>I have received appalling service from Telkom mobile for my cellphone contract cancellation; I sent the request to have my contract cancelled in October 2016 but have yet to have request processed up until this day. Luthando Ngcobo who is said to be a team leader had promised to have matter sorted but instead I have had to go back and forth with this by calling through the call centre several times as Luthando has not given me any feedback.</p>
