Cellphone contract

<p>good day, we ordered a phone as part of the cellphone upgrade we ad for your contract.</p> <p>the lady who called us was calling on behalf of telkom for the upgrade.</p> <p>we then decided to order the iphone 6s and Samsung 7 edge.</p> <p>two days later they delivered the phone and it was just the one phone which is the iphone.</p> <p>we have sent emails to the dealer to come and collect the phones since we didnt get all that we paid for but no luck.</p> <p>we went to Telkom Eastgate to cancel this they told us we need to pay for the full cash price because its over the cancellation period.</p> <p> </p> <p>why must we pay for the cancellation when we have sent a number of emails to ********** to send someone to come and collect the phone but no luck.</p> <p>we sent emails to this lady from the 1st day the phone was delivered but nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>we havent touched the phone and according to the seal it says" opening the package of this phone would mean you accepting the terms and conditions of this device" we havent opened the phone still waiting for someone to call or come collect this device.</p> <p> </p> <p>we refuse to pay for this, this is totally unacceptable and unecthical. when these guys sends out data to people to call us they dont even ask us if we interested and now no one wants to help.</p> <p>someone needs to come collect this phone because we will not pay for this deal!!</p>
