Cellphone Contract

<p>I am really disappointed with telkom firstly my contract was endingin May and I called and I asked when does it end and the agent forgets that oh client for it to be terminated may i send you a form for you to complete.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get a statement this past Friday for over R500 and they also stuffed up my billing not happy money doesnt grow on my back and I must suffer for your customer service agents lack of infomation considering I called to confirm something this important and also on friday your Agent Amos Singh felt me been angry and venting is a laughing matter and giggles on the phone that is to add insult to injury and in turn tells me it will take 30 days to cancel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am no happy about that and no one sends you an email to confirm do you wish to continue NO! Telkom just continues with it and I declined you upgrade and everything but clearly you dont communicate with your other departments i have just about had it someone needs to have this contract terminated ASAP .</p> <p> </p> <p>I a have been patient with you for 2yrs and now you want to bill me because of we forgot to include the last few things i am not your ATM that ag the client will understand I have not missed a payment in this 2 yrs and all was done on the days you needed to.</p> <p> </p> <p>You debit me to add in things that was meant for May month debit i dont think so i will pay what i owe i will be fine using pre paid because i can manage my spending you just messing up my budget because you want to bill thinsg to your pleasing i want this corrected Today.</p>
