Hi I'm not happy with the service at Telkom I had a 24 months contract, when I was done paying for those months they told me to upgrade which I said I'm not interested in upgrading can they at cancel my contract instead now I'm owing 4000 that includes cancelation fee... What am I paying for exactly???
