Cellphone application

What a horrible service provider you are. My sister app**** for a contract cellphone on the 6th of Jan, today it’s the 20th. Application has been approved, no follow up on delivery. Yesterday when she called you you guys said the phone is not out for delivery as yet. No update whatsoever, must we keep calling you guys? No your service is not good at all and I will write a review every single hour until we get assistance
