Cellphone

Hey! All

So I booked in my cellphone on the 3 of June 23 for a repair whoever the cellphone is under an insurance cost by Telkom they asked me to pay and excess fee of a R1000 in Oder to get it fixed I then said no . Can I have my phone back

They never got back to me we all are in 2024 for a whole year I have been going back and forth to the store where I booked it inn the phone is just not coming to me again?

I’m still paying the contract of the cellphone never late on my payments I’m still paying insurance never late of that as well.

Yet I’m not being treat as if I’m a client ?

I emailed I called I walked in the store what less is a person still supposed to do ?

I feel the customer service and management of that store is not paying attention to my cry
