Cellhone contract expired in November 2023

I had a 24 months contract with Telkom after the contract has expired, I had informed them I dont need any data or airtime as I got unlimited router at home. They then process to load data on my phone without my authorisation and wanted to debit my account as before. I had reversed the debit twice since I had clear state I dont want any further extension
