Cell Stock Not Available

How can you advertise products you do not have stock on? I have tried calling numerous of your branches and some numbers does not exist any longer or has some issue. You have no easy way to contact you to find out who has stock on a certain phone or when you will receive stock. Please improve on the way people can contact you as a company.
