CELL PHONE UPGRADE

Good day<br> 14/12/2015 i went to the key west branch for a cell phone upgrade that was advertised on Telkom's Website (smart plan 50 for an Iphone 5 64 gig (GOLD), THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO STOCK BUT I CAN COME BACK IN 2 (TWO) DAYS THEN I CAN COME AND COLLECT THE PHONE...UP TILL NOW....NO PHONE...THE UPGRADE PAPERS IS ALL IN PLACE AND FILLED IN AT THE KEY WEST STORE THE PERSON'S NAME WAS EMMANUEL THAT HELPED US. WE WENT BACK AND FORTH TO KEY WEST 3 TIMES...80KM FROM MY HOUSE....NO PHONE<br> We have phoned Potchefstroom ...no answer....I phoned Key west branch....no answer......I phoned Clear Water Mall...no answer.....I phoned Cresta, ...CAN SOMEBODY ASSIST ME!!!!! I phoned the online sales at (10213) I was on the line for 2 hours...then cut of.....PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE SOMETHING ON YOUR WEBSITE, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE.....CAN SOMEBODY ASSIST ME PLEASE!!!<br> SURELY THIS IS NOT PEAK SEASON ANYMORE....
