Cell phone service?

So I recently switched from mtn to telkom mobile as I was told this network was excellent... the prices are good yes but the network over the last month has been pathetic at best ... I can't even call customer service to complain as the call to then won't even go through... since I can't reach you telkom please give me a reason to stay with your network....
