Cell phone number while I was upgrading and can't get help is about a month

<p>I'veupgraded my contract with telkom and they've changed my number without agreeing with me and I didn't until I heard from a friend when I call telkom hey tell me different stories even let me hold for minutes I even have a case number but stil no one attends that case to bad for being honest with them never skipped a payment but this is what i get at th end of the day</p>
