Cell phone line suspended every night .

So I have a cell phone contract with telkom that I pay every month. Lately this month , my phone has been working for one day then gets suspended every night. Mind you the phone has been paid . This means I have to call the call center every morning and inform them that the phone has been switched off ! Honestly this is nonsense! Now I have to wait 5-24 hours for the line to work again!
