Cell phone contractComplaint

<p>todaty on the 12th July 2016 i went into the Telkom store in Clearwater mall in Roodepoort Johanesburg to apply for a cell phone contract i saw advertised online and on the advertising booklet. When i got to the store i saw boththe Samsung Prime Core for R99 and Samsung Galaxy Tap E for R18 being displayed on the floor and i approach a coloured man who was on the floor and asked if it was still available he said yes then walked away, as i ask a young lady to assist me with the phones she then said it was discontinue even though it was still on the floor and being advertised. She then called the guy and he openly said sell the phones to the customer and stop keeping them for yourselves , the young lady also did say in passing that they wont sell me that phone cause they keep it for themselves, then i asked for the manager and i was told she off in a meeting and the stand in is on lunch. When i left the shop in anger the young lady then sarcasticly said "Thank you for leaving the shop in peace and not causing a scene". This is by far the poorest service ive recived in a shop as a customer wanting to bring in new business for 2 contracts. I want those phones as advertised and displayed on the floor.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
