Cell Phone contract expired

My cell phone contract expired last year November and I was call by cell direct and renew the contract and they told me that the phone will only take 5 to 10 days to be delivered to me and they even asked me to buy screen protector that i did and they debit the money but the phone and screen protector still not arrive after more than month. I am very disappointed by this all process of Telkom using this cell direct that you even struggle to get hold of them why Telkom don't do it them self cause you will loose a big customer because of this services we get from cell direct
