Cell phone contract

Firstly when you get into Telkom at Mall Africa they is no one to assist . They will all be staring at you .Secondly they are not professional . I went to apply for a contract phone and spoke to Busisiwe she did'nt even give me an application form and when I do a follow up I was told I did not sign an application form which I was not even given by the consultant . You have to follow them otherwise no one is willing to help you or give you a feedback . The Service is so bad. But the service is totally different when a white person comes in.
