Cell Phone Contract
<p>On the 9th of Novemebr 2016 i app**** for a Cell Phone Contract. After screening me i was told that my application was approved and that i will receive my phone via a courrier between 5-7 days. On the 12th of November 2016 my bank account was debitted with an amount of R249-00. Today i phoned to find out what the states of my delivery is. Only to be told that they can't find my ID number or application on their side. How is this possible?</p>
Further more: after endless phone calls the phone was delivered, but without a sim card. So now the struggle continues, with the lamest excuses. I told the Supervisor on the 22nd of November that he must send the courier to come and collect the phone as i no longer can wait. He had a totally no care attitude
