cell phone Contract

<p>- cancelled my cellphone contract for the second time in June with Telkom mobile on the 23rd</p> <p>-Called on the 3rd July to follow up,a case was logged,i was then told the contract was cancelled and i had to pay R1392 i accepted.</p> <p>-on the 10 of July i went to MTN requesting a sim swap i was told the request was unsuccessful because i had a contract with telkom mobile</p> <p>-i made a paymet of R1400 on the 20 July</p> <p>-Called to find out when my number will be opened,i was told the number was closed because i didnt state on the cancellation forms that i want them to migrate my number to prepaid. NB the number which i ported from Mtn to telkom mobile with .a case was logged on the 21 July for my number to be re-instated CASE NO: ********** 9.</p> <p>-26 July i mised a call from telkom,i called the following day i was told the call was to inform me that my matter has been escalated to another department and i would recieve a call as soon as the matter is resolved.</p> <p>-2 Aug spoke to a lady caused Roberta Bermeylen she told me she sent the agent who was dealing with matter an email then she promised to call me back</p> <p>-followed up about three time still i wasnt assisted.</p> <p>-on the 16 aug i called in lucky Roberta answered she asked me to hold while she spoke to her manager Siphoesihle Sithole (team leader/department manager)she got back to me and told me her manager tried to re-instaite the number but was unsuccessful and then told me to give her my contact details she will call me back, of which she did .</p> <p>- She told me my number was with MTN i should do a sim swap.</p> <p>- Called MTN to do a sim swap they told me the request was declined as my number is under contract with Telkom mobile</p> <p>-called Telkom spoke to Nomasonto Mazola she they couldnt transfare me to Roberta,i asked if she can put through to Siphoesihle she told me Sipho esihle was busy on the other line she said she will cal me back.</p> <p>-its the 17 aug 16H28 NO ONE CALLED ME</p> <p> </p>
